Jonathan Avery is a leading business consultant and the founder of True Impact Solutions, specializing in leadership and process development. With over 20 years of experience in the United States Coast Guard, where he conducted intense Search and Rescue operations from helicopters, served in Aviation Special Missions as a Precision Marksman, and led high-performing teams responsible for maintaining and flying the MH-60T Jayhawk, Jonathan has honed his skills in precision decision-making and problem-solving under pressure. After retiring, he transitioned into the business world, managing corporate finances, streamlining purchase and supply chain processes, and developing training solutions in the commercial aerospace industry. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Quality Systems Management and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, equipping him with the tools to empower organizations to navigate challenges and achieve lasting success.
